Been talking non-stop since 1995. Professional announcer since 2018

Bringing cheer and spark to your event

Got hooked into computer gaming by my friends back in college.  I hardly play anymore, but I still have fond memories of getting a room to LAN party, having fun being loud and exciting to each other while playing into the early hours of the morning. One of the games was League of Legends, a Multiplayer Online Battle Arena that blended speed, skill and chaos into a a wildly fun package. eSports gaming was starting to gain traction at that point, and streaming matches had sports analysts and color casters to both explain and engage the audience. I still enjoy listening to that same energy my friends and I brought to our intimate LAN party the eSports commentators bring on the professional world stage

Showcase video of one of my favorite shoutcasters, Rivington Bisland III- definitely my inspiration for working the mic

It's that kind of alacrity that I bring as an event announcer. Enthusiasm, cheerfulness, all-around helpful attitude- these are the key characteristics that make an event memorable, as a participant or a spectator. Contact me at benjamin.allen.kramer@gmail.com if you're interested in having that kind of personality at your next event

It goes beyond just talking - working with the event team to make sure all participants have a fantastic day and ensuring that the event runs smoothly are what make announcing challenging and fun
— Ryan Kelly

Started off my first foray into announcing with Ryan Kelly. He was kind enough to let me apprentice under him for New England Crit Week, showing the tips and tricks that are crucial to a great day. What struck me the most was the point he kept emphasizing: "Treat the Customer right." It's a similar sentiment I've seen in my other professional life, and one that drives Ryan's preparation and purpose for announcing. Taking the time and energy to plan in advance is the key component that enables both Ryan and I to talk for your event, delivering both quality and quantity
